Dream Market

Dream Market was an online darknet market founded in late 2013 and operated by individual knows online only as SpeedStepper. It was operating on Tor Hidden Service allowing users to buy and sell anonymously. The marketplace was offering a variety of content including but not limited to, drugs, stolen goods, credit cards, counterfeit items and more. The market had traditional Escrow system, with some additional security features like 2-FA auto PGP encrypt and more.

After the seizures of the AlphaBay and Hansa Market in Operation Bayonet in July 2017, Dream Market become number 1 marketplace on the deep web. At it’s peak the marketplace had more than 57,000 listings much of it consisting of drugs.

Dream Administrator and one of the vendors Gal Vallerius was arrested in August 2017 and later sentenced to 20 years in prison.

On March 24, 2019 a red banner was added at the top of the marketplace announcing it’s shutdown on April 30, 2019 with the explanation that it’s transferring it’s services to a partner company.
